Requirements
Must hold a current and valid RN or CN license to practice in Jamaica.
Specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric care, wound care) are a plus
Previous experience in patient care is preferred, with a strong commitment to quality service.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care is essential.
Must be a team player with a collaborative approach to caregiving.
Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism is required.
